I am the proud owner of Photo Shop CS2. I might as well have the keys to the space shuttle; I have no clue what I'm doing.
Anyway, this is what I've managed to do with my header so far. I'm willing to pay big bucks for a nice header. Any takers?????

it seems I'm commenting on every post. I think your header is pretty. I don't know anything about web design, but I have tinkered with my blog a lot trying out new things. I think you are uploading your photos with a wider pixel size (? not even sure that's the correcte term) than your center column is, so some of the photo is cut off. I don't know if you could make your side bar column narrower or just upload your pix in less pixels.
If you ever want to use colors (background and font) other than what typepad offers, this site has the codes http://www.webmonkey.com/webmonkey/reference/color_codes/

Well, I was wondering what my header looked like in other browsers. I use Firefox, maybe you use Internet Explorer? When I was tinkering with my header I didn't take that into consideration.
Like I said, I'm using Photo Shop and I am a clueless wonder!! When I get back to Oklahoma in June I'll have my techno-savy nephew fix all my glitches.

Ohhh, wait a minute. You mean my photos in my posts are getting cut off? Well that's because I'm a goof-ball. I order to get them to be centered I blockquote them over. I'm probably going over too far. Hmmm. I'll fix that and see if it helps.
Some people just shouldn't have unfettered access to the internet...me!!
